My husband and I made our first visit to Signatures last Friday 11/06/10 with two very good friends who live in Prestatyn and had come highly recommended by one of their friends. The very pleasant greeting at the door by the staff and very excellent hospitality were second to none and the meal was not only beautifully presented but beautifully cooked exactly to our specification. The restaurant is furnished in a very modern and relaxing style and would not be out of place on the list for the top London restaurants run by any of the famous chefs. Thank you Signatures for a superb evening.

I have eaten at signatures several times and cannot recommend it highly enough, Please, please can other restaurants in North Wales take note- This is how it is supposed to be done! from the impeccable service by loyal staff, to the unbelievable food that is made just for you. We were fortunate enough to win a meal for two at the restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We took along some friends with us. What an evening, the food was out of this world and the service was exceptional. As for the setting with the open kitchen, it can only be described as stunning. Jimmy (executive chef) made time for us and came over for a chat which was thoroughly enjoyable. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, a perfect night, and it will definitely be repeated.

Well, what can I say!!! What a wonderful place hidden in Conwy. From the minute you walk in through the door you will not be disappointed. The decor, ambience, service and food is un-beatable. I've eaten in lots of restaurants and this beats them all, it knocks socks of Gordon Ramsay! Its well worth a visit and I will definetly be returning very soon...

Our total experience at signatures on friday night from start to finish was exceptional, firstly the restaurant decor is stunning this is complimented by fantastic service from your staff (juan carlos in particular was exceptional, his knowledge of wine was fantastic his recommendation of the lebonese wine really complimented our meal.the food we ate can only be descibed as stunning, beautifully presented and delicious we have eating in some fantastic restaurants all over the world including cape town and san francisco,signatures is up there with the best of them and rightly so, we will definatly be returning thankyou for making our first wedding anniversary meal perfect

I was looking on the internet for somewhere different to have Sunday lunch and found 'Signatures'. I live about 20 miles away and thought why not? Wow! what a find it has got to be the best Sunday lunch I have ever been presented with. Superb choice of starters, main course and desserts. The food choices we made were cooked to perfection with beautifully balanced textures and flavours, a gift that few chefs can manage. The price was unbelievably reasonable for such quality. The decor of the restaurant is very modern and most welcoming. The staff were attentive and sincere but not overwhelming. We will be back and soon.

We recently visited Signatures Restaurant for lunch with friends. On walking into the reception it felt as if we had walked into a top class hotel in London, the restaurant was just as impressive. We had been advised to order a certain main meal, alas this had been taken off the menu, on mentioning this to our waiter he immediately went off to see the chef, who confirmed he would cook us the dish requested, so four of these were ordered.

The food was superb down to the fudge and truffles to end the beautiful lunch. Nothing was too much trouble, everything about Signatures was exceptional, staff full of enthusiasm for the establishment which is lovely in this day and age. We wish Jim and Louise the very best of luck in their enterprise, cannot wait to go back.

Absolutely superb!. I came to the restaurant for the first time this evening as part of a party of 15, and had the most fantastic night. The restaurant is amazing and the food is just outstanding; the choice on the menu is excellent and quality, presentation and service is second to none. As i said this is the first time i have been and most certainly won't be the last. Perfect perfect perfect!! Thank you.

I took my parents as a treat to Signatures last Saturday. We were overwhelmed with the wide choice of menu, the ambiance, the service and most of all, the beautifully presented and tasting food!

The staff were very attentive, despite the restaurant being very busy and as we watched the chefs cooking, it was clear that the standard of service is equally as high 'behind the scenes'. Many thanks for a great evening and we will certainly be returning soon...

The food was delicious and portions were generous. Following our very first experience we didn't waste time in booking our next experience with signatures. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion or just a light lunch.

Truly outstanding! We went to Signatures last night for the first time and were absolutely blown away by the whole experience. The bar is straight out of a really cool New York hotel and the decor is modern but retains real warmth. The service was truly exceptional, the staff couldn't do enough for us but they were not intrusive. When asked for the air conditioning to be turned up a little, they obliged immediately and, 10 minutes later, came back to check the temperature was OK for us. Amazing!

As for the food, I can honestly say that it was easily the best meal I have ever eaten anywhere. It's truly Michelin Star quality but without the price tag. Congratulations to everyone concerned, we will be back.

I had the privilidge of enjoying lunch at Signatures earlier today. As something of a perfectionist, I'm very disappointed that I can find not one single thing to critisise! The food was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared and cooked, and thrououghly delicious. It is rare to come across the level of professionalism displayed so naturally by the staff, who clearly take a great deal of pride in what they do. The attention to detail, in every respect, is exceptional. This is a real gem - I've already booked to take some friends along next Friday evening!

Had to send you an e-mail to say thankyou once again for a superb meal on saturday night ( the hardest night to look after diners in my opinion). I have been fortunate this year to eat in Gorden Ramsey's in Claridges London and the meal we had at signatures was quite honestly far superior. The pork was the most succulent sweet meat I have ever tasted, my partners lamb shank was also delicious and the sticky toffee banana pud was just mouth watering. At last we have a great place to eat on our door step - please dont change a thing! See you very soon. p.s the waiting on staff where also the most professional I have seen out of London.

We dined at Signatures last night (Halloween) it was fantastic. A six course dinner cooked beautifully and the service was superb. We were looked after from the minute we arrived to the time we left. The food was fantastic, but this morning I still feel so full that I can't move. Those puddings were to die for. We will be visiting again but maybe not for a few days as I need to work off last night's meal first. Jimmy & Louise & the rest of the staff, thanks for looking after us so well. This new venture of yours will be a great success, you deserve it.
