At Signatures we’re firm believers in tradition. That’s why all the meats used in our roasts are purchased from local sources. They’re then roasted slowly by our team of expert chefs, releasing beautifully rich flavours and tender textures, and covered with a generous pouring of our very own traditional gravy. Made the old fashioned way - of course.

For dessert, we offer a wide selection of traditional favourites which changes from week to week. Tuck into our Sticky Toffee Pudding or Jam Roly Poly one week, and Bread and Butter or Jam Sponge Pudding the next! And best of all the custard is homemade, using only fresh ingredients.
